Help with the product
Something is not working, you cannot get in, or a date looks wrong. Tell us which animal it concerns and what you tried — that is usually enough for us to see it straight away.
Breeders
Litters, handovers and the kennel. If you are a breeder and something is missing from the tool, we are the ones to write to — we are still building it, and we follow what we hear.
Press
Questions from journalists and enquiries about working together. Do mention your deadline.
Your data
Access, correction and deletion. You can export and delete everything yourself under Profile in the app — but if you would rather we did it, or you have a question about how we handle your data, write to us.
Insurance
We cannot give you a price or a date, because neither exists yet. If you want to know where we stand, it is on the About us page.
When you will hear back
We answer as quickly as we can, and there is a person at the other end. If a couple of days pass with no reply, write again — the email will have gone astray.
